Okay, so just to be sure, you have checked for voltage at the female connection at the B1 purple wire and have no voltage when ignition switch is moved to start as well as no voltage when the key is released to the on position there is no voltage at the B2 female wire. If that statement is correct then the ignition switch is not supplling voltage to the pulse module. You want to measure the voltage of the wire going to the pulse module from the ignition switch, not the male pin on the pulse module.
The C 200 is not a switch. It is a plastic connector with male, female pins and yes it is under the dash. If you are not getting power on that purple wire when you turn the ignition switch to start you need to find out why, so yes you will need to get to both ends of that wire and find out why there is no power.
What confudes me is that you said in post #18, F1 does have power. So why isn't the starter engaged?? Makes me wonder if the ECU isn't giving the okay ( creating a ground) to start the car = SKREEM problem.
