Bought a BOSS Elite a few years back. Still works amazing. It's the floating display. I bought the 7" version, Single DIN floating display. Can be adjusted up and down and does not cover the buttons behind it, like the larger models do. Comes with a microphone I wired through the A-pillar and in the corner of the windshield. Fantastic sound quality and Android Auto/Apple Car Play ready. Also, works with the backup cam.
For the price, it's hard to beat. Sound is fantastic and the display quality is great. Automatically switches to "night mode" when I turn on the headlights so it's dimmed. Really couldn't be happier and was inexpensive, too.
