I took out the big grille in the door with my foot once when exiting. When I took it in for some other service, my friendly service people replaced it even though it wasn't on the list.

I know that there have been many examples of rough handling from service but here is an example of going the extra mile. Another pleasant surprise from my Chrysler dealer.
