It depends what you want.
If good sound quality , deck control, and no wires is a must seriously look int a new head unit.
I can vouch for Alpine head units...I have the 9857 model in my Crossfire with the iPod hookup. It is extremely easy to navigate using the head unit.

I would recommend an Alpine unit with the "Full Speed" designation, I have heard that the older head units (which are not full speed) are cumbersome to navigate.
