I've hit 8 deer here in Kansas in 12 years while driving jeeps, mustangs, sebrings, some with deer whistles and some without. I'm paranoid about driving the X-Fire and when. That is probably one of the main reasons the car only has around 5,400 miles on it in 16 months. I will not put whistles on it but am getting ready to put them on my '06 Sentra. I have a friend who is an excellent body man who does my repairs in his shop.
