Yup...like's been said in other threads, call the 800#. This way a "case" is started, and DC will follow up (with you and your dealer) to make sure problems are corrected.
Agreed. IMO these engines are very quiet. Some people will listen and beleive they are noisy- others will not. Everyone perceives sounds differently. It sounds (no pun) like you have one that is louder than normal. If the dealer wont help- be persistant and call the 800..
