But I'm a little scared that things are going to get worse after reading some of your posts. How can I make sure the dealer know what he is doing? I'm currently going through the same issue, right now my dealer ordered the parts and tools to do the job, said it will take about 2 months to get everything, then another week to do the job.
I will be writing a letter to Chrysler and complain about this and the fact that this is an extreme safety issue, since I already had two near death accidents because of this popping out of gear. I would like to exchange my transmission for another one, because I am not comfortable with the dealer doing the work, hell they don't even have the tools for the job, which tells me that they never done this before. Who knows how long the fix will last?
