Heaven help you my friend!! I'm in the midst of the same problem. I'm now on my third dealer...trying to locate one that knows something...anything! So dealer #3 looks at the TSB, they said they would order the parts and call me when they're ready. I get the phone call and take the car down to the dealer. They tell me two or three days. That was over three weeks ago now! First off, they broke the trans casing trying to take it apart, so they had to order a new case. They finally get it back together, and you can't get the clutch more than half way out before it pops out of gear...every freakin time!! So...they've ordered a whole new transmission. It was supposed to come in via fasted carrier this morning, but I didn't hear from them today. I'll be yanking their chain tomorrow! Last time my XF needed repair, I didn't see it for seven months (no I'm NOT kidding!). More than half of the time I've owned this car, It's been in the shop. I LOVE this car...but I HATE Chrysler!
