There wasn't much wrong with the car. I had been rear-ended on the freeway. Not much damage really. They ended up having to take pictures of the car and parts, send them to Germany, and have an engineer make notes on the pix with instructions on how to put it back together. Unfortunately, they had a hard time translating some of the technical verbiage from german to english. My family owns the 5 Star dealership I bought it from. No help...actually, they were about the worst of the bunch.
