Sorry to hear about your nav unit. I bought my SRT-6 with nav unit and have the same problem as you. I am currently working with Chrysler to get a refund for the unit as it is completely useless. My wife drives a 2006 Pacifica and the nav unit in her car is incredible. Hope someone on the forum can help with this.
