¥ The issue of the Viet-Nam war being "right" or "wrong" is not the main concern here but at that point in time, our "elected" leaders thought it was!!! I only stated my expereinces during that time influenced my beliefs... Boy, I'm glad other countries didn't think like you when it came time for our War of Indepence and Civil War!!! Just think, we could still be an English Colony with slavery still a way of life, if other countries didn't come to our aid back then.
¥ A Presidential candidate who believes in a one world policy and would look to other countries for their approval in the way we run "our" country is a BIG concern.

You've got to be kidding!!! The USA, a "SOCIALIST" country??? For everyone's sake I hope you're just trolling here!!! You want a socialist country to live in, then move there and get your welfare check, socialized medicine and all that goes with it!!! Ask any Canadian how they like their medical system (and you thought our HMO's were bad). Oh, do you even know what the once powerful USSR stands for??? How about the "Union of Socialists Soviet Republics", ring a bell??? Didn't work out too good did it???
Man, have your own politcal views, but don't ever suggest a "socialist" way of life for this country. BTW: I'm sure the new socialist government you wish for won't give everyone a Crossfire to drive... you may get lucky with a Yugo or a bicycle. Hey and we can also give up free enterprise and capitalism, that way we can all live on $7.95 an hour.
