The bumper-to-bumper warranty (36 month/36,000 mile) warranty will cover everything.
The 7 year/70,000 mile won't cover anything that doesn't touch oil, your blower would not be covered.
The 7/70 Added Care Upgrade Plan (service contract) covers only those things listed in the contract. The blower is not listed in mine. Perhaps yours lists it though.
