I'm finding it hard to believe that they would use a transmission from an American Hemi car in the German built Crossfire that uses ALL Mercedes parts.
That, and I've driven many Hemi cars, and they are not even close in comparison to the SRT-6 on how they shift or act when driven.
Maybe someday I'll have to crawl under my cars out in the garage to find some part numbers.

You would never know by driving the two. However, the AMG cars will use different programming and in the case of the SL 65 they use a few different internals as well. Those internal differences are the reason they have different part numbers but they're all 722.6 transmissions.
