I don't manually lock the doors or unlock them. When I get in, start the car and drive off, the car automatically does the locking at approx. 12 mph. When I stop, kill the motor and then pull on the driver's door handle to open it, door, the car automatically unlocks my door (driver's door) and sometimes the passenger's door and hatchback. Other times the car leaves them locked when I exit. Hope this makes more sense.
