I'd be interested to know just how many individual versions of modified MB320 ECU code there really is. My experience of this (not just for the xfire) is that there are one or two companies actually doing the real development, then their code gets 'distributed' around the industry and appears for sale by outfits that have little more than a laptop, EEPROM programmer and a solder rework station.
