Ok, so I figured out the problem. In the McCulloch kit's there are 2 wires (Red and Black) coming out from the bulb. Well on the driver's side (which is in correctly now) the wires are aligned vertically Red on bottom, Black on the top. While this was the case for the driver's side the passenger side had the Black on bottom, Red on the top. So, aschrager and jonny the bulbs weren't in correctly and I fixed the passenger side.

I have to wait a couple hours for night to come, but now I need to adjust them again, but hopefully they'll be ok now that they are in properly.

So for those of you who get the McCulloch kit for the car, be sure to check the alignment of the cables for the bulbs. They might all be the same with a little variance but make sure the Red is on top and the black is on the bottom to ensure the bulbs are properly fit.
