Default Re: Newbie! Tire Question

Here are some brands that carry Crossfire OEM size tires. The prices shown are from
TireRack and are a few months old, but they will give you an idea of what to expect.
Note: most Discount Tire stores will match Tire Rack's prices saving the hassle of getting
the tires shipped to you or the shop where you are going to have them installed.

OEM Crossfire tire sizes:
225/40ZR-18
255/35ZR-19

• Goodyear F1 Eagle GS D-3: 728.00 + 88.00 (road hazard insurance) = $816.00
• Michelin Pilot Sport 2: 1,040.00 + 125.00 (road hazard insurance) = $1,165.00
• Bridgestone RED50A: 934.00 + 112.00 (road hazard insurance) = $1,046.00
• Avon Tech M500: 666.00 + 80.00 (road hazard insurance) = $746.00
• BF Goodrich G-Force KDW: $774.00 + 93.00 (road hazard insurance) = $867.00

FP... what kind of tires are you buying for $2,400 a set???
