Re: Crossfire spoiler activation
Just pulled mine out of the car to replace it with a new (600 lb down force) track wing and am having some custom brackets built as we speak.
The wing is activated / de-activated through the front wheel speed sensor circuit. Motor is located inside the rear of the hatch and drives a long shaft that connects to each aperture hinge on either side of the wing. I don't know exactly what you want to do, but it is not an easy thing to get at without tearing your entire hatch apart.
You can completely disable it in the up or down position if you want. Start the car, push the up button to extend the wing, disconnect the appropriate fuse in the fuse box. This will keep the wing in the up position, conversely for the permanent down position.
Be aware, that the wing produces over 100 lbs of down force at 100 mph and if you keep it in the down position, the rear end will start to float at high speeds.
