Sorry if I've confused anyone with this.
Maybe below will help explain along with the pix I'll post this weekend (XFire is under wraps in the garage as it's been raining for the past few days here on the East Coast).
Ever open your hood to show someone the heart of your baby and wonder why the engine cover is not the way it looked in the prototype? Well even though you can't create that look, you can add a little style by basically adding color to the raised "Crossfire" lettering on the top. It just creates a more visually pleasing look.
I come into the XFire venue as a current PT Cruiser owner. The Cruiser has pretty much been a "canvas" for customizing and upgrades. This is just a carryover from something I've done on the Cruiser manifold.
Although I will not get as crazy with the XFire, there are still a few things that can enhance it's already great looks.
