If you want the prototype look you can get it by buying an air intake box for a 2003 SLK 320.

I had thought about going to one of those guys that does the gold coatings for dealers. That stuff works on plastic too. I know they coated the plastic parts on my '95 T'Bird. It was Green with gold instead of chrome trim. I would like to get the Chrysler logo and the crossfires done.
