Does anyone know what the "Mirror Flag" TSB is about in reference to Wind Noise? Does this have anything to do with the place where the mirror folds? Does that gap cause Wind Noise?

I am going to use some blue painters tape and tape cover that joint...and see if it makes any difference in Wind Noise.

Has anyone else tried this? Also...is there anywhere...besides the dealer...to get a copy of the actual TSB's?
