Hi Aussie...yep common problem I had mine repaired at City Chrysler in Melb...great service booked it in and fixed same day...by the way Chrysler will flat bed your car there if you request it.
I bought my car at Nunawading Chrysler...absolutely useless when it came to service...there was none.
