We have been having automatic transmissions issues. First the car stuttered from 1st to 2nd. They put some new part in. The stutter went away but then the car would get stuck in 1st every now and then. Then the engine light started coming on. The first time they put in a flash. Then 2 weeks later the engine light came back on. This time they said the code pointed to the transmission. So we seem to either get stuck in 1st or have the engine light come regularly. I've been experiencing the stutter too. It isn't consistent, sometimes it will stutter while in first, sometimes soon after it shifts and bogs slightly, even when I get on it harder. I guess I'll have to set up an appointment and get it in.
