The dealer will install a storage bin or a new cup holder (your choice) under warranty IF the cup holder is broken.

A TSB has nothing to do with a safety recall, it is as the name implies... a Technical Service Bulletin to help the
service department with an uncommon issue or pass on information they are having with a certain problem.
A TSB can range from something as simple as how to care for chrome wheels or how to fix a problem with a
transmission that is popping out of gear.

Several people have replaced the cup holder with the storage bin and have posted pictures. Here is one pic taken
from a post by Andrew...
