Maybe the PM's are not working properly, because I also sent one the other day to DFWSBR asking about bobby's problem and never heard back....

My next advice to bobby would be to start putting everything down on paper in the order they are occurring, and then do some research on the lemon laws in AZ. Keep dates and times and the name of every person you have spoken to.
