I just learned from my dealer that the Roadster, due in this month, is delayed because the rag top mechanism is having problems. I was told that the tops are made in Ohio and they are working out the bugs. Figures, they should have made the tops in Germany, or better yet, should have been a hard retractable top like the SLK. Oh well, I need to wait a bit longer.
