I don't know the whole story... but if they can't get your car fixed, jump through the right hoops and get your money back on the car and go somewhere else. I believe the lemon laws stays how many times a car has to go in before you can start the paper work.

Heck, if nothing else, start strutting your stuff and bring up the lemon law subject to the "owner" of the dealership. Got my transmission replaced that way and they never even dublicated the problem... goodluck.
