I don't really know much about exhaust set ups, but I doubt a muffler can cause any damage outside of the exhaust... Also those mufflers look like they will work on any car... I don't see a mention of crossfire anywhere on the site either...
Unless someone some time soon offers us a full performance exhaust I think just taking the stock exhaust doing a resonator delete, some custom piping and welding tips like for example:
