I don't agree that it is too soon to start on this, bobby. If you are this unhappy, and the dealer has treated you this badly already, I would begin to get ready to utilize the lemon law. That way, when they hit their four tries to fix it and fail, you will be able to move more quickly to get a new car. Otherwise, you will have to wait extra time getting the ball rolling. Also, once the dealer is made aware that you are so unhappy as to invoke state lemon laws, it may wake him up just a bit and get him to repair the damage to your car and to you as the customer.

It appears from the posts from both you and krusty that this guy is going to have to be pushed into taking care of this situation. And you are the only person that can start pushing. So use what is available to you.....

Finally, I think tony's post was referring to Stranded being able to get a new car from the dealer, since that was the origin of this thread!!
