I just got them off of the plane/bus and then put them through 7 weeks of intense training to get them in shape and then train them on drill, weapons, following orders, history of the Air Force, etc. Then by the time I am done with them they are ready to move on to their specialty training on what their job is going to be in the Air Force. Basically I slap the cell phone/psp out of their hands and get them to quit asking "why?" LOL.
