I only got one key with my car but the dealer ordered me a spare and sent it in the post a couple of weeks later.
They take a note of your vin plate and order it to fit the car.
Anyway I was told I would have to got to the dealer to get it programmed.
This didn't bother me as the dealer was paying for it anyway.
I found out on this forum you could do it yourself.
I can't remember exactly what I done but I think you just had to unlock the car start and stop the engine then lock and unlock the doors and that's it programmed.
It worked for me.
