i would almost guarantee they will buff out or can be wet sanded to be removed... considering how they came about... don't stress... all will be fine.
if you have to go this route... just be sure to take the car to a well known specialist who works on specialty cars. it may cost you $100 at most.
~ but first try 3M imperial hand glaze yourself (non abrasive)... apply with a terry cloth round wax pad ... remove with a micro fiber towel. available at napa.

this is coming from a guy who owned a highline detailing business for over 10 years.
i wouldn't even consider repainting the hood... the factory paints durability is unmatched compared to a respray. the benefit of black paint... it is the easiest color to match.
