I have been lifting for about 5-6 years. Started at weighing in about 150 and now up to about 220. Creatine and protein (and food) are probably the most important supplements for lifting, but there are some other great ones out there. I am also a bodybuilding forum member and I have a client who is a huge supplement merchant (
bestpricenutrition.com) so I test out a lot of new supplements when they come out.
