~ i work out on a regular basis (4 days a week) but i'm in to the lean thing... 5' 7" 145 lbs.
i have been a gym guy for 15+ years.
i have tried the creatine route & seem to make me retaining a lot of water weight... i just stick to the high protein diet and a lower calorie intake.
works for me.
