Here is a question I'm glad you guys are on here I have been lifting for some years now and I wrestled in high school. I never messed with any supplements in high school but started to through college. I take CE2 its a rapid absorption ester creatine. I have noticed a significant difference in size and weight. The problem is it isn't lean muscle. I used to be 7% body fat some may say that's unhealthy for a guy, but I was at my peak fitness and felt great. I went from 165 to 180 almost over night kinda feeling with this creatine. I have taken 100% whey before and like it but haven't been as big. Now I'm dieting and working out with the supplement and tons of water but just can't seem to shake the love handles that i have. My question is if I start stacking the whey with the creatine will that help? Or what can I do? I mean I work my *** of to try and get back into shape and its just not happening. I'm blaming it on the pill cause I haven't really changed my eating habits before this. Let me know what you guys think.
