This year some woman supposedly paid over 80K for another Amphicar. If this was indeed an actual sale (and not a "staged" event), she probably thought she got a bargain.
This sort of scam is so much cheaper to do on EBAY, and still reach 1000's of
potential buyers, that it's becoming even more and more common.
Karl, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it wouldn't work for us too.
It's probably only a matter of time before somebody tries it.

I didn't realize all this "bogus" stuff was going on...must have my head in the sand or something. Good idea with our Crossfires though lets get those bids high enough and who knows what might happen.
