Everything must have to do with the size of the dealer. I have read a lot from the forum that parts/service and experience are terrible for the crossfire, but I have had nothing but A+ results.
I am in Wichita, Davis Moore is the primary dealer here, I took my 2004 coupe in for its first check up, I mentioned that my dome light did not always work, my Infinity stereo sometimes would loose its settings and my drivers side headlight showed some hazing...my service rep called me back to let me know that he has ordered all the parts needed for the light, stereo and headlight ...and would all be under "Warranty".
