The company that is chroming my roll bars is the same company which did my OEM wheels. I can tell you that my wheels are flawless. I had them for about 1 1/2 years and look like the day I received them. They do not normally chrome roll bars but are going to take a look at mine. Kevin seems to think it will be easier than the wheels. He assured me they would look as good as the wheels or he will not do it. I sent them out today and should have them back in about three weeks. As far as removing them it was very easy, it took about 1/2 hour. You just loosen the upper carpet and upper trim piece around the roll bar and remove six bolts. The rubber trim piece was easily removed by heating it with a blow dryer and slipping them over the mounting brackets. After I get them back I"ll give exact instructions if someone needs them. As for the member that wants to strengthen them these things are built really solid there is already a heavy bracket between them that is bolted to them plus the four bolts which hold them to the frame behind the seat. If you would like pictures I'll be glad to take some when I reinstall them.
