It totally changed the way the car acted, shift points, how long it stay's in a lower gear to keep up the rpm's, really it acts totally different & AND I'M LOV'IN IT!
For under $2k I got an intake, exhaust, chip, pulley and tune for my '03 Cobra and went from 390 hp to 500 hp. I also got all the other changes you mentioned. For $3k I would expect to get a considerable bang for my buck.
