If memory serves me, it only produces 60 lbs of downforce at 100 mph. But both wings also clean-up the airflow to prevent the vortices effect caused by the unusual shape of the rear-end.
Mine also deploys at 62-63 mph and your number for downforce is probably pretty close for the coupe. The literature that I got from Chrysler says 40 lbs at 65 mph (but I don't think any of us know for sure).
