Xfi at the 2007 Dallas Auto Show. Barely.
Tonight marked the kickoff of the '07 Auto Show here in Big D. It's a comparatively big one; The Camaro convertible concept is here, the Vantage Roadster, that kind of thing.
So, over at Chrysler, there's an SRT6 (when did they stop building those? sixteen months ago?) in need of a paint job; no fooling-tree sap was unsuccessfully buffed out of this thing from stem to stern. Looked ridiculous among the no-mileage cars under the convention center lights. There was a black limited roadster as well.
I picked up the"2007 Chrysler Full Line" catalog. Sure enough, right there on pp. 18/19, there's the old 2005-limited-roadster-on-wet-pavement spread I've had as my screen saver for over a year, and a paint availability guide which includes info on the '06 base coupe (blk) as well as limited roadster/coupe (the usual colors plus Erster Gold Metallic). Mind, this paint page is the ONLY reference to a specific year-2006-in any of the Crossfire data.
An '07 catalog with '06 paint specs and a snapshot of an '05 inside.
You think Rodney got no respect?
