If you have to keep the auto trans for the AMG motor, wouldn't it be easier/cheaper to take a SRT6 Crossfire - get rid of the spoiler - switch the front bumper and wheels, then you would have basically what you are looking for?
The rear hatch (at least part of it) would need to be replaced with one from a base Xfire, both to make up for the missing fixed rear spoiler and to get rid of the SRT6 badging, but it's a moot point. If my only option is to go with an AT then I'm not interested.
