Looking at the diagram you attached, (THANKS!!) the pump that appears new is the correct pump. that being said, I work with enough equipment to know that just because it is new, don't mean it works. I talked to the service manager this morning and told him the sad story, and he is going to work on finding a solution.

I, in the meantime will t'shoot it from my end. I still think it is an issue with this pump. Either it is not running or some sensor is not telling it to run.
