I think we will find to be true what we have already guessed.
The rear wing is effective only for posturing, at least as far as legal speeds on US highways.
They had to come up with something that looks different, to differentiate the SRT-6 and the wing definitely does that.
Is it effective on the highway? Maybe, but only then at the very top reaches of the speedo.
