Wonderdallas can relax and enjoy hie Crossfire since in order to amend the Constitution it requires 2/3 vote of Congress and passage in 38 states.I doubt seriously you could get that many people to agree on anything these days. The ERA never got through and it was directed at a much larger % of the population.

By the way I'll vote for Bush again even though I'm not too sure about his fettish for Vincente Fox and some of Fox's ideas. I suppose they like to sit around and chat about their MBA days.

I think the Dems threw up Kerry to act as a placeholder until Ms. Clinton could run more easily in 08 (she thinks). Of course by then she'll be in the 60 range and a Margaret Thatcher she isn't. We seem to be electing " relatively strapping" men these days. I won't have too much time for the forum as I will be spending every waking hour working to defeat her. Call it woman's intuition
