I installed one of these... Pioneer 4800 - the 4900 is out now... the bezel color is close enough for me, and I'm getting an iPod adapter soon.

You can also get a Satellite adapter and control it direct from the head unit. No advice on Speakers, although I'm tempted to try a small subwoofer behind the passenger seat. Kenwood and JVC make some small ones.
