NASA is limiting to only HPDE 2 and up groups. Unless you're going again to a different track prior to Laguna event and get bumped up to HPDE 2, then you can run Laguna.

i am going to a couple of events before that, and judging by the fact my first instructor said i was ready for hpde 4 i think i'll request the bump after the next event.
