I think you already answered your own question. A car that is selling new for well below sticker isn't holding sticker value. When you go try to trade the car down the road, they will know that they sold new for $10-15K under sticker, so that is what your trade price will be based on. Don't buy one thinking you'll make a profit by trading it in, in a year.
