the handle can be chromed, but it is a tough job removing it and installing plus the price of quality chrome will likely cost you no less than $500.

I would of done this, but I do not like the idea of opening the whole door to remove the handles... I think painting them to match the car color and putting the chrome cups behind it is a good solution as well and something I might do in the future when I got the extra cash (the damn motorcycle fund is eating through my pocket).
