For the UK, I would lean more toward coupe...if the UK was more sunny (Like here in FL, not sure when it rained last) then it would be worth getting the Roadster. I liked driving the roadster but it was better to hope back into my car with a hard top.

Obviously I'm biased here, but the trunk space of the roadster really isn't that bad with the top up, just don't expect to get anything big in there
